Privacy policy
What we collect, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form. Name, email address, and depending on the segment you pick: phone number, company, location, and your message. Nothing on the form is collected that is not shown on the form.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records page views, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser. It is configured for measurement, not for building profiles of named people.
- Campaign parameters. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign, ad group and keyword parameters in the URL are stored with your enquiry so we know which campaign produced it.
What we do not collect
No payment details, no government identifiers, no cross-site tracking pixels beyond the analytics described above, and no data purchased from third-party brokers.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. Legitimate interest for business correspondence; consent where you tick the newsletter box.
Where it goes
- Monday.com — our CRM. Form submissions are written to a lead board there.
- Google Analytics — aggregate site usage.
- Firefly — the company that operates this site. Your enquiry is handled by Firefly staff.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers or to any party outside the handling of your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Newsletter consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and say what you want done. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, the equivalent statutory rights apply and we will honour them regardless of where you are.
Cookies
The only cookies set here are Google Analytics measurement cookies. Blocking them in your browser does not break the site.
