Privacy policy
What we collect, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
- What you type into the brief form. Your name, a work email, the city you plan from and your message; partners also give a company name. Optionally, what led you to the site. The form has no hidden fields beyond a timestamp and a spam trap, and it offers no mailing list.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records page views, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser. It is configured for measurement, not for building profiles of named people.
- Campaign parameters. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign, ad group and keyword parameters in the URL are stored with your enquiry so we know which campaign produced it.
What we do not collect
No payment details, no government identifiers, no cross-site tracking pixels beyond the analytics described above, and no data purchased from third-party brokers.
Why we hold it
To answer your message and keep a record of the conversation, on the basis of a legitimate interest in business correspondence. Sending a brief does not put you on any mailing list.
Where it goes
- Firefly. A campaign brief lands with Firefly's New York sales team, the company named in this site's footer, and is kept in its customer records.
- Monday.com. Those records live on Monday.com, where each submission becomes a row on a lead board.
- Google Analytics. Aggregate site usage.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers or to any party outside the handling of your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the publisher through the contact page and say what you want done; he passes the request to Firefly, which holds the record. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, the equivalent statutory rights apply and they are honoured regardless of where you are. Cookies
The only cookies set here are Google Analytics measurement cookies. Blocking them in your browser does not break the site.
